i want to give my volvo 240 a new look with a one off custom 8 valve nitrogen-powered 4 corner air bag suspensino setup. the control arms are there in the back, so i figure i can just replace the springs with airbags on custom aluminum mounts. but how would i do the front end? make a fake aluminum strut tube with the bags, and run a remote shock of some description here? just kicking this idea around... but i want to weld doors shut and crop the top off, and be able o lay the rockers on bags. is it possible?
