putting B230 NA into a turbo? 200

Hello,

I am looking at a 240 turbo sedan with a bad engine. What I'd like to do is salvage all the turbo engine accessories as spares for my wagon and put a B230 from a later 240 into the sedan.

What all will I need from the engine donor car to make this swap work? Wiring harness? ECU? What else?
