If money isn't an object, your Volvo dealership has them. -otherwise consider buying them from a local shop buy having them ordered (almost all of them can acquire the tire if they're willing to, but the markup can be high).

Typically, the most cost effective solution would be to buy them online at a place like TireRack and have them drop shipped to a business address (like a local tire store) and have them mounted an balanced for $12 to $15 each.

-This is also a great time to raid the salvage yards for a set of aluminum rims for them. I've got a set of 14" Dersus wheels for my Cooper Weathermasters, great (strong) wheels and a great cost effective snow tire.
