Electricity leaks 900 1995

940 Non-turbo, year 1995

I suspect there is electric leak somewhere around the car. My battery is not charging well because over the past 6 months I have changed battery twice (both new).
I checked the output on the alternator side and got something about 14V but battery terminal register only about 12V while car is idling. I should get similar reading as the alternator, right?

I think this leak may also be causing my car to idle badly like engine RPM dropping suddenly and kept on wavering between 700-900.

Also can someone direct me to the the ground terminal for the intank pump?

Please tell me how I can determine source of leak as my mech only blames it on the battery. I had to jump start my car on several occasions and now I carry a set of jump cables (from welding materials) in my car.

Thanks

Laozong
