Difference Amazon vs P1800 120-130

Did all P1800’s have their selector handle sitting on the transmission tunnel??
The bloke who is offering me a colomn mounted selector, says it’s from an P1800, (he wanted to put an auto in his manual P1800, just as I’m going to in my amazon)
But does that mean that he probably has the selector stuff from an amazon and it would fit my car?

I was planning on using a radiator with oil-compartment AND the seperate oil cooler for extra capacity. So that should be allright.
