Will volvo 'Nova' wheels fit 88 740 w/ 'centering pin' (?!)

Hello all, I have an 1988 Volvo 740 GLE with the stock 14" so-called "Dersus" wheels. I think this car has what I call a "Centering pin" that is made to slip into the hub (or wheel)?, for what I imagine to be centering purposes...I forget if this pin is on the Hub itself or on the wheel (its been awhile!). I basically would like to know if I could fit a set of 15" 10-spoke early (1984-1985) 760GLE "Nova" -style wheels, or..Virgo on this car?? I think they'd really look nice on the car.
