Hose from flametrap to turbo..sucking oil? 900 1992

1992 940 turbo 134,000 miles. Replaced flametrap about 1 year ago. Replaced turbo in Feb. 03. Started to get oil again in large air hoses from turbo to throttle. Took back to mechanic who replaced turbo prior.........he stated he found that maybe the smaller hose that goes from flametrap across valve cover and connects to large hose coming from airbox is pulling oil through turbo hoses. Also, because the turbo is new and high miles on motor. it could be drawing oil from engine.

I do notice that when I punch the engine I have to keep adding 1/2 qt oil every about 800 miles.

How can I resolve?
