well, i'd like to say thanks to the fellow who replied to this thread...unfortunatley the suggestion did not solve the problem. i had spent two days trying to find the problem and then i decided to tow it up the street to our local Volvo aces at Matts' foreign car service....stopped by there today and the old man who owns the place was standing over the thing with his head on the radiator.....he just looked up at me and said "mother &#%$er!!! It doesn't make any sense!!!" we've tried three used ECMs with the exact same result.....no spark and one or two injector pulses per every three or four hundred rpm...he tried all the ignition components from this vehicle on another 960 he has up there and the other car ran..............if we ever figure it out i'll let you guys know!
