Loud mystery noise 120-130

soooo....
when i am driving straight i hear a noise from the passenger front side; it is a thrumming, vibrating noise and the pitch/intensity varies with speed; it becomes noticeable around 20mph and then when i speed up the noise gets louder and higher. The kicker is that when i take a right hand turn the noise dissapears as long as i am turning right; turning left does not affect any change...I just pulled the wheel barrings and they look ok; i am wondering if pulling them out and putting them back in caused some kind of "fit" problem...
Also, when i take the car upto 65 and put it in nuetral the noise does not decrease; ie remains loud and obnoxious...so i am pretty sure its not an engine or tranny problem.
I just had all new U-joints, tranny mounts, driveshaft bearing, rear wheel barrings put in....not sure if that helps/matters
thanks in advance
