940 Instrument Cluster Interchange 900

I have checked the FAQs, and find no answer to the following:

Will a 1995 940 (non-turbo) instrument clusterinterchange perfectly with a 1993 or 1994 940 (non-turbo) instrument cluster? That is, can one remove one cluster (per the procedure in the FAQs) and install the other?

If the interchange from 1995 to a 1993 or 1994 car is not perfect, can the difference be surmounted with wire, connectors, and a lightweight soldering iron?

Am I correct to think that all gauges are the same for these model years, so that a tach or a fuel gauge can be moved easily from a 1995 to a 1993 or 1994 cluster?

Thanks for your help. I'm much obliged.

Yours faithfully,

spook
