Drip, drip, drip... 200

A couple days ago i notice some oil on the drive way were i generally park. i thought nothing of it because it was farily big, and i was working with the power steering and spilled some. But now, i know it is not PS fluid. It must be oil, and it is leaking like crazy! It can easily leak a Half-dollar size spot overnight! I;m guessing its the rear seals on the engine, but the car only has 39K on it. Do they go out that fast? Also, could this be caused by a pluged flame trame? I have not look at it, and im just wondering if thats the problem. 1993 240 N/A with Auto

Thanks in advance,
Blake
