Windshield washer 700 1990

THERE ARE POSSIBLY TWO CHECK VALVES WITHIN THE TUBING SYSTEM. I TOO BOUGHT A
PUMP, BUT BEFORE INSTALLING DISCOVERED THESE LITTLE CONNECTOR VALVES HAVE
A CHECK SYSTEM IN THEM. I PUT IN A STRAIGHT FLOW THROUGH DIVERTER FROM CHECKER AUTO PARTS. - WAAALA! ( I SENT THE UNOPENED PUMP BACK - NO NEED FOR IT.)
NO MORE DRIBBLING PRESSURE. I CAN'T FIND ANY REASON TO KEEP THE OLD SYSTEM
RUNNING. I HAVE PRESSURE AT THE FEED IMMEDIATELY. I BELIEVE I ALSO CAPPED
ONE OF THE EXTRA FEEDS OFF. (I DID BUY A NEW DIVERTER WITH THE SO CALLED
CHECK VALVE AND IT DIDN'T WORK.) MY BRICK IS 86 AND 200K. GOOD LUCK, PETIE.
