Cam shaft 1800

What kind of cam to put in is a question like what kind of shoes to wear. First, the shoes have to fit. Then the decision depends on what kind of activity you are going to do. There are shoes that excel at one activity and are poor at all others, such as snowshoes and ballet shoes. Same for some cams, but they are less convenient to change, so you want one that serves most of your driving activities pretty well.

Here's a cam table by one of the Brickboard contributors whose opinions I always pay attention to. It is a good place to start. There are also lots of comments in the archives for all cars that used B18 and B20 engines.
