Radio interference supression relay -- where ? 200

Where is that relay on a 1989 sedan ?

When listening to AM or FM, I often get heavy static that sounds like a machine gun and finally end up having an ambulance syren at which point I can either turn off radio or bang hard on the dash or even press the eject K7 button and sometimes I am back to static if I am lucky.

The static sometimes seem to follow RPM.

Would that be an interference supression relay problem? I'd like to check that relay.

Thanks for you input Bricksters !
