92 940 front end problems 900 1992

Hello everybody!

I have a problem with my 1992 940GL front suspension. Everytime I go over bumps or potholes my steering wheels moves to whatever side (wheel) is going over the bump or the pothole (its opposite with bumps). If the right wheel is in the pothole - my steering wheel turn to the right and same with the left side. It is mostly noticable when I am going slow over bumps and etc. Its not so bad on the highway but nevertheless, sometimes it happens at high speeds. I replaced the strud rod bushing (cone shaped) and sway bar bushings. I could not feel the wheels move when I lifted the car up. Any suggestions?
Also, when its cold in the morning my brick starts fine but runs as if on 3 cyl.. I tried disconnecting plug wires one by one and it actualy made it worse - so I assumed it was not ignition related. I have changed: FPR, Plugs, Wires (both plugs and ignition coil),Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Knock Sensor, Cleaned TB and IAC. IS this related to my (what I think) low gas mileage - 20/21 on the highway? (the best I got of full tank of gas was 350 miles)
Thank you for any suggestions you have and Happy Holidays!

Alan
