re your inquiry, "...from? 164-244 1975-77....", are you trying to find which car goes with this taillight?
If so, I can say that it isn't the taillights of a '75 164 (I'm looking at mine, out on the driveway) -- you can eliminate this possibility, as this car has quite wide lights, actually three sections across (and two rows up/down, of course).
