Hey, for those who may have read my last postings, I found out what the groaning was as I took my car to the garage. It was the right wheel bearings. That's what my mechanic says, and he's presently fixing my 740.

Anyone in Virginia - saw a posting in my local paper for a 760 GLE - I'll go visit and see what it's about if anyone's interested. Here's the ad:

VOLVO '88 760 GLE, needs work, good for fix-up/parts, new battery. $800/obo. 540/752-7210.


Today I was at my local independent Volvo garage here in Fredericksburg, and I noticed an advertisement on the owner's wall for a 780 Bertone. He usually doesnt let people advertise stuff in his shop unless he knows it's good, so I'd assume it's a good car. I'm gonna get the number and post it here if anyone's interested as well...
