Poor Throtle Response and No Start When Hot 200 1986

I have a 1986 Volvo 240 DL automatic station wagon that refuses to start after having been run. I must crank the engine with my foot keeping the accelerator completely depressed in order to eventually get it to start. Also, the car idles weakly on cold start. It also bogs on acceleration from a stop after you've restarted the car when hot. I am also receiving a belt like chirping noise from the front of the engine when excellerated from cold start or when weather is snowing or raining. I have new belts, water pump, and used by new alternator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
