synchro wear 120-130

Rebuilding an M41 for the first time; after ripping apart 3 other trannies, I found 8 synchro rings that don't appear to be chewed up too badly. Is there a way to determine, just by looking at the rings, if they have any life left in them?

I've noticed some wear in areas labeled A, B, and C. How much wear is too much? is there any way to tell, or any measurements of grooves that can be taken? Hopefully I can get 4 useable ones out of the 8 I have.
