Injector cleaner and 'dip' in idle S90-V90 1998

Our V90 has a slight drop in the idle speed while sitting still with the engine running. One time the car actually cut off at a stop light. When this happens the car actually has a gentle jolt (similar to someone stepping on one of the bumpers). I ran Chevron Injector Cleaner with Techron in a tank of gas per the instructions (12 gallons of gas only I think) and the idle problem quite for about a month. Now the car is doing it again.

Is this a sign that the injectors need to be replaced or professionally cleaned?

Thanks!
