Picked up a electric fan at the pic and pull yesterday to replace the clutch driven fan. What is the best choice for for turning the fan on/off? AZ has a pre-set 185 on 160 off with probe that goes in fins. Is the fin based sensor a good choice? Hearing of sensors put in hoses in the radiator,etc. Is this worth the extra work? A manual override switch would be nice.
