Tranny mount replacment questions for 240 200 1988

All,

I need to replace the tranny mount in my 88 240.

My question is, what is the procedure to get this done? Do I need to remove he cross member, or can you do the job another way with some sort of tricks?

I put the front end on jackstands and crawled underneath and it looks like there are 2 bolts which connect the bracket on to the tranny and one bolt that connects to the crossmember.

So I need to get the car done either today or tomorrow, so I'm looking for any pointers before I get on to it.

Thanks in advance,
/Kevin
