Adding third brake light--suggestions? caveats? 1985

Unless it goes on a pole... top rear cab mounting is about it. With a ice pick test light probe the brake pedal switch, like found at the brake pedal.

Probably 1 wire will be hot all the time even with out a key. So then it will be the OTHER wire you want to tap into... A wire from that tap/feed will be hot when you step on the brake...

Mount the lamp and have a ground wire from the bulb terminate on a mount screw.. Run the wire cover it or not, and you have that 3rd brake lamp.. Mac
