Blown tranny 140-160

Yeah, everything was going great for my 71' 142e, got it registered on saturday and it was all good. I was driving it around the block to get used to driving a standard before i go into traffic with it. Well i was getting then hang of it figuring i had only drove the car one other time before and had learned to drive a standard in a difierent car, so i decided to go to a big parking lot near my house. i was going around just cruisin', then i managed to stall it after parking and backing in a few times to get the hang of it. so i start it up put it into first went to pull out and as soon as i let the clutch all the way out the car made a real nasty metal grinding and breaking noise.(best way to describe it) i tried pulling out again but it refused to. i managed to pull out in second gear and on the short way home there was a clanking noise the whole time on the way back home...i looked under the car and i found that there was a huge crack in the cassing of the tranny and it was pouring tranny fluid every where... well i guess i blew first gear...to make a long story much shorter, where could i find any one who would sell the im guessing its the m40 w/ electric od. (sorry about the novel i just wrote but i got my liscence not to long ago and busted my ass to get that car registered and up on the road, i was just devastated when it happened)
