What does 10/12 mean in the wiring diagrams? 200

I am trying to decipher the wiring diagrams for the 90+ cruise control. The Bentley manual has a nice large wiring diagram for it, but it is incomplete. So i am trying to read the tiny general wiring diagram. The two wires I am not sure about are the blue/red and the blue/yellow wires. I am guessing both get connected to 12V postive, but I am worried one of the two could be to ground. The Volvo diagram shows BL-y going to 10/12 and Bl-R going to 12/9, but I have never figured out what this notation means. Can anyone translate these for me.
