Can I swap a B27 with an Eagle Premier 3.0L? 200 1978

My B27 starting ticking after a quick 1200 mile round trip to Omaha. I'd like to keep a PRV6 in my '78 262C. Can I put in an engine (3.0L PRV6) out of an Eagle Premier? What all would I need to do the swap? New ECU? New throttle body? Present K-Jet B27 with M46. I'd like to keep the M46. Has anybody done this swap? If you have, please contact me at devauxmidwest@prodigy.net. Any other recommendations would be appreciated. Can a B27 have the top end rebuilt to prevent future camshaft/rocker issues?
