89/740/16valve specs/Head problems 700 1987

Ok the valve were bent on the head. I had that fixed. My Question is the torq specs for the head. Mitchell says to torq to 29lbs then turn 115 deg.with a ratchets . What does that work out to on torq wrench. Also Rtv sealer on the cam carrier to the head, how much and is there any caution on this. All help is wanted. I've allready got the block on #1 Thanks for the help.
