Thought you might be interested in seeing this one. No, it is not photoshopped. The "Transfer", or 245T, was built by Volvo at the Kalmar plant in the period 1977-81. After that, those who wanted one had to order it from the various bodyshops - like Yngve Nilsson in Laholm. Those built by Volvo (an exclusive number of 280) iare recognized by an ugly reinforcement across the roof above the C-pillars. The later ones - like this 1985 - does not have this visible reinforcement. (Source: The Swedish 240 Club)
