Those kind of cars come up from time to time. I know of a delivery mileage 245 in Sweden for instance.

I heard about a similar 122 in New york a few years ago, reputedly that went to Holland for approx 15000 US.

Ultimately its the sort of thing that probably ends up in a specialist auction and the market decides.
