B20F, how much power? 444-544

Searching for a suitable B20 motor which should go into my 444, I found a B20F which came from a 1973 145. Volvoworld.com says a 1973 B20F has 112 hp (SAE), but that is with injection and I will fit two HIF6 SU's with K&N's on a manifold which takes a dual front pipe. What kind of hp can I expect?
And what should be the first step if I want more power? Would it still make sense to consider a head job and/or camshaft replacement (K-type?), now that there is such a superior thing as the supercharger from V-Performance? (Yes, I know it's not cheap...)
