Drop in RPM with headlights on 900 1995

940 Non-Turbo

In my earlier posting about my car would drop RPM when I turned on the headlights, I've checked the multiple ground stips(both side), sand papered the strips and the car body where the strips are bolted.

There is no improvement. In fact on one occasion, with the car idling and headlights on, for a short moment the dash lights dimmed and the car feels like it would stall but regained power.

Any more help before I turn it in for the wiring man?
