To Buy or Not 700

I found a 87 760ti 160K that has been sitting for 2 yrs. and other then it hasn't run for about 8 months its in good shape (body, paint and no rust). Just looking at it I found the passanger side rear looks like it has a broken spring. Is this common or is there a bigger problem with the 760 indpendant suspension? It's going to need tiers, exhaust sys.,headliner and alot of work just to get it started. Are there any things I should look for? I have done alot of work on my 85 240ti so alot of it won't be a problem. Also what do you think it's worth? Thanks,Charlie
