Should I buy this Car. 200 1988

I saw a 1984 2-door turbo in the newspaper the other day. The car needs a new turbo. It has 196000 miles, and a four speed with overdrive. The body is rust free with only one minor ding in the drivers door. It has Ipd swaybars and shocks and the Virgo wheels. The leather seats need help as well as the the dash. The asking price is $650

I already have an 1988 240 which is deafinitly a keeper, I have thought about buying the turbo and taking the wheels, swaybars, shocks and guages into my car, but since the body is so nice I would in a way hate to take a 242 off the road. What do you think of the price? would this car be worth putting back on the road. I havent driven it, but I have been told the engene and transmission are still good. I have always liked the idea of a two door turbo, but how desirable is this car really?

Thank you very much and Happy Holidays
