Turbo vs. Non-turbo radiator 900 1995

We have a 95 940 Turbo. About a year ago we replaced the radiator with one we ordered online. All seemed to fit fine and we have had no problems since.

Now we took the car in to have the radiator hoses and heater hoses replaced. I made sure to get the original Volvo parts for a turbo, but the shop said that all the hoses fit except for the upper radiator hose. They called Volvo and were told that the part number I had given them was correct for the Turbo, but it turned out that the non-turbo upper radiator hose fits instead. I guess the radiator we had put in must be for the non-turbo, and this only affects the upper hose (since all the other hoses for the turbo seem to fit fine).

Could having the wrong radiator cause any long term problems? The temp in consistently in the middle of the gauge as it was with the original radiator.
