My no start hum was the fuel pump relay, I rapped the relay against the car door jamb and It fired right up. Bought one from a local parts place, $40 and change.

Thanks for all the involvement on this site, I highly recomend donating to Jarrod as I can imagine that this is a major undertaking in both time and money.
