Cupholders; Which and Where?

I agree with Sousa to a degree. Young drivers are easily distracted (even now I remember). However, young drivers will often have a can of pop while driving anyway and try to hold the can between their knees or on the dash or over on the glove box lid. This is even more dangerous than having a good cup holder. I'd suggest a type of cupholder like the ones I bought off of eBay. They are about 4 inches square and fold up flat against the door when not in use. You can mount them on the door panel so that the driver doesn't have to look away from the road to reach them. They can even be color matched. I paid about $10 each plus S&H. Here is an example:
