Catalytic converters 700

Hi all

I inquiring to find out the typical life of a catalytic converters in a 740 turbo. My 740 turbo has around 208 000km on it at the moment it only runs 4 to 5psi in boost. I tried to adjust the boost with the wastgate accautor but it would not go above the 5psi mark. Is this a sign that my catalytic converter is clogged
