1997 960 dying when given gas 900

Thanks to Token Ring Man with the help on my belt problem. now the sucker is dying when given gas. I routed the belt as you advised, I actually had it that way also but it was dying when I tried to drive it. Anybody got any further ideas. I checked all the connections carefully and it sounds like there may be a vacumm leak somewhere. I just replaced the alternator and radiator. The alternator was used.

Any help would be appreciated.
