I agree with Bryan, cam choice is an obvious thing to look at. But, are we talking accelleration from standstill or when overtaking at speed? If most of your driving is in the city, and you often have to pull 1.5 tons from standstill and up to speed, a T-cam could be a good choice. Plenty (relatively speaking!) pulling power at lower RPMs, but it looses at high RPMs. If what you want is overtaking power on the highway, a K-cam would be better. Just my opinion.
