Help - Frying Fuse 7 700

Hello Folks,

As I posted before, I am desparate to determine what is causing fuse #7 (condenser fan) to blow when I short the 2 wires that are connected to the temp sensor on the rad of my 89-740GL. My condenser fan works when attached directly to the battery but is dead when connected to the car wiring.

I am aware that the idle changes when the A/C is on and I hope that the problem is not related to a problem inside the LH fuel ign computer that developed because of my test procedure above to get the fan to run in curcuit. Anyone have a wiring diagram showing how this fan is wired? Hopefully this problem is repairable and it it just a general wiring fault and not a problem inside some computer worth mucho dollars.

Thanks in advance,

Tim.
