DeCarbon struts?

Pulled my struts out today. They're orange and say VOLVO and MADE IN FRANCE in black print. The tube is about the same width as my new Boge turbos, but the stainless piston is about two to two and a half times as thick. Both original Volvo struts were leaking fluid. Are these the famed Decarbon struts everybody talks about? Can they be revalved and if so, by whom? Are they worth keeping? My car is a 1984 240 turbo wagon with 215k miles. I think the orange struts are the original ones that came with the car, believe it or not.
