740 mirror 700 1989

I own an 89 740 wagon and I have been having a problem with "hit and runs" on my car. I live on a narrow street where often, larger cars must pull aside and let others through. Last week I came outside to notice that the black bumper cover on the front was knocked half off by car. Today, my driver side mirror was smashed. I was wondering if volvo makes just the mirror part, rather than the whole housing. I have a new one on the right, and cant afford a new one left right now. I was also wondering if it would be cheaper to go to a glass store and have one specialy cut, and epoxy it on. If so, what would be a good, strong epoxy to use. Thanks for your help.
