No power to radio? 700 1990

One of my bosses just got a 90 740. Won't tell you what he paid, but it wasn't much. Especially for a clean car with dealer service records and 90k miles...it belonged to his father-in-law.

The radio doesn't work. Found the fuse. Fuse is good. 12 volts to the fuse holder. Is there an inline fuse hidden somewhere too? I don't want to pull his dash apart without any idea of where to go first. You know how it is...
