Turn signal 900 1997

As an FYI to all, recently my left directional signal light on the dash stayed on when the parking or headlights was on. When the lights were off the signal stayed on that would lead you to believe the bulb was burned out or as indicated in this forum, a bad relay in the emergency switch. The dealer thought it was switch also. As it turned out, the contacts on teh bulb (right Front) were pancaked and shorted. Replaced bulb and all was cured except for the wood dash trim that I have to replace as a result of removing the emergency relay. Cost $50 for diagnostics and bulb. Have to add the cost of new trim.
