Need help reassembling 240 Seat Back 200 1987

Thanks to all that responded to my initial message regarding my 240 driver's seat. I took it apart and found that the top/cross bar of the seat back frame was completely broken off at each end. I had a shop weld it and now I am reassembling the seat back. I have 2 questions: 1) How do I remove the Reclinder rotating knob so that I can properly reinstall the upholstery to the 2 small "hooks" on the metal plate beneath the recliner knob? 2) When I removed the upholstery from the seat back, I "found" two metal spring type hooks that had come completely out of their holes and I need to know where they go. Each hook is 3 inches long X approx. one-half inch in diameter and one end has a hook and the other end is closed-loop. Thanks for any help.
