Weber Problem 120-130 1964

Well, I took the weber apart today and cleaned everyhing, the various ports, jets, bowl, etc. Put it all back together and it ran pretty much the same. I think Phil may be right that it needs to be re-jetted because it seems like the motor just isn't getting enough gas in the mixture. When I roll the throttle slowly it does work better, but then still gasps and sputters after a few seconds. Maybe I should try a new accelorator pump or clean it? I have a fuel pressure gauge ordered and if that checks out I'll go with the jet kit from IPD next.
