Hi C.B., yep the solid mounts came from FCPG, although they are not listed on the website. Part number is VOL-1378657A, and they are $35 each. Look just like the hydraulics and bolt on with no mods needed.
I have put about 800 miles on my 745 since doing the replacement and am very pleased with the mounts, they certainly do everything they are supposed to do, and according to the good folks at FCPG they should last longer than the hydraulics. Thumbs up all around.
