Control Arm bushings......not all created equal 900

My original OEM bushings lasted nearly 150k miles. I replaced them about a year ago with an aftermarket from a well know source. I think the name on them was "Meyerle", maybe German origin or manufacture. They failed quickly. The bushings I replaced them with were BOGE, and coincidentally, some of the part identification was ground off exactly where the Volvo name and part number appears on the dealer item. You can draw your own conclusions, but based on my experience I would recommend that you do not skimp or scrimp on suspension bushings. If in doubt, go OEM. It's just not worth it.
