Wheel backspace 4' vs. 3 1/2' 120-130

so I've found some nice alloy rims for cheap that would look good on my 122 but the backspacing is 4 inches instead of the recommended (and stock) 3 1/2 inches. So if I understand correctly that gives my a 1/2 inch offset as opposed to a 1 inch offset.

This actually puts the center of the new rim only 1/2 inch wider than the center of the stock.....but what are the problems I'm looking at as far as clearance goes.

The only thing that comes to mind for me is rubbing the tire on the oversized IPD sway bars (which actually the stock ones already do in extreme turning situations)

I've thought about putting a half inch spacer to bring the wheel out and keep the stock 3 1/2 inch backspacing, but I would have to put all new longer studs to keep the wheel on well enough.....tedious, but I suppose doable.

Will the 4 inch backspace be o.k. or do I need to add a spacer?
