O2 sensor and code 212 with check engine light 700

Just because you got a 2-1-2 code doesn't mean the O2 sensor is bad. All the codes means is the voltage level produce by the sensor got to high or the signal is missing. You should be able to take the connection from the O2 sensor and use a meter to check the value. Check from the connection to ground and you should get between .1 and .9 volts if everything is in spec. No voltage I would be looking to replace the O2 sensor.
